Membership and Pricing
At Keystone Executives, we offer flexible support tailored to your lifestyle or business needs. You can choose to pay hourly or benefit from one of our membership packages, designed to offer priority access and discounted rates.
Hourly Rate. £35.00 per standard hour Perfect for ad-hoc support or short-term tasks. Billed in 15-minute increments (min charge is one hour) to ensure flexibility and fairness. Evening and weekend workwill be charged at £45.00 per hour, subject to availability.
Membership Packages
Membership guarantees dedicated support hours each month, with priority booking and reduced rates. It’s ideal for clients who value consistency, reliability, and a trusted working relationship.
Bronze Membership
10 standard hours per month Ideal for individuals or small businesses needing regular but light-touch support.
Standard rate: £350.00
5% discount: £17.50
Total monthly cost: £332.50
Silver Membership
20 standard hours per month Great for clients with ongoing admin, lifestyle, or operational needs.
Standard rate: £700.00
8% discount: £56.00
Total monthly cost: £644.00
Gold Membership
30 standard hours per month Designed for those with complex schedules, multiple projects, or high-volume support needs.
Standard rate: £1,050.00
10% discount: £105.00

Membership Terms
Membership Terms
Minimum commitment: 3 months, then rolling monthly with 30 days’ notice
Priority booking: Members may select preferred days/times each week, which will be reserved in advance
Booking schedule is confirmed upon signing the Membership Agreement Form
If you start mid-month, your first payment will be pro rata, then billed monthly in advance
All other invoices are payable within 14 days. Annual price review applies to all packages
Expenses are charged at cost
Mileage is charged at 45p per mile (plus travel time). If public transport is more cost-effective, this will be discussed and charged to the client
Cancellation Policy
Memberships require 30 days’ written notice to cancel after the initial 3-month term
Booked hours may be rescheduled with 48 hours’ notice; cancellations with less than 48 hours may be charged in full
Project work requires a signed agreement and may include specific cancellation terms depending on scope and timeline
Frequently Asked Questions
Can I roll over unused hours? Membership hours do not roll over. We encourage clients to use their full allocation each month to maximise value.
What happens if I need more hours than my membership allows? Additional hours can be booked at the standard hourly rate of £35.00 and premium hourly rate of £45.00 (after 6.00pm and weekends) subject to availability.
Can I change my membership level? Yes, you can upgrade or downgrade your membership with 30 days’ notice, subject to availability and agreement.
What if I need support outside my regular days/times? We’ll do our best to accommodate, but priority is given to members during their reserved slots.
Do you offer support for events or one-off projects? Yes! We provide bespoke pricing for projects following an initial consultation to understand your needs.
How are travel and expenses handled? Mileage is charged at 45p per mile, plus travel time. If public transport is more cost-effective, we’ll discuss this with you and charge accordingly. All other expenses are billed at cost.
What are your hours of work? Our standard hours are 9.00 AM to 6.00 PM, Monday to Friday. Evening and weekend support is available by arrangement.
