Terms and Conditions

Keystone Executives – Terms and Conditions Last updated: 16 August 2025

These Terms and Conditions govern the business relationship between Keystone Executives and its clients. By engaging our services, you agree to the following terms:

1. Confidentiality & Intellectual Property

All work is treated as confidential and not used for promotion without written consent.

The Client retains ownership and copyright of all work produced.

The Client is responsible for rights to any images or materials they supply.

2. Scope of Services

Services include personal assistance, virtual support, corporate administration, and executive-level services.

Deliverables and scope will be agreed in writing prior to commencement.

3. Payments & Billing

Discovery calls are complimentary.

Final proofreading is the Client’s responsibility.

Time estimates are informal and subject to adjustment.

Errors must be reported within 2 days; corrections are free if caused by us.

Additional tasks or delays may result in revised fees or deadlines.

Unused hours may not roll over without written agreement.

Minimum invoice is one hour; billed in 15-minute increments.

Invoices issued on completion or monthly for ongoing work.

New clients are invoiced in advance; others monthly in advance.

Payment due within 14 days unless otherwise agreed.

Billable time includes meetings, calls, emails, research, and admin.

Expenses incurred on behalf of the Client will be reimbursed.

Time reports provided unless requested otherwise.

Payment by bank transfer; details on invoice.

No work will be undertaken on overdue invoices.

Late payments may incur interest per government guidelines.

4. Data Protection

Both parties may retain necessary contact and project data under GDPR.

Data is stored securely and used only for its intended purpose.

5. Termination

Either party may terminate with 14 days’ written notice.

Serious breach may result in immediate termination.

Work completed up to termination must be paid in full.

6. Liability & Force Majeure

We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.

Neither party is liable for delays due to events beyond control.

7. Dispute Resolution

Disputes will be resolved through informal negotiation.

If unresolved, disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of England and Wales.

8. Our Promise
